Power Vinyasa (Heated)
Tuesday (5:30pm)
Thursday
 (5:30pm)

A spin-off of the Power yoga practice, this class is done in a heated room (85-95 degrees) and offers a place to sweat out toxins in the body. The heat adds to the intensity of the practice and offers you a chance to break past your comfort zone while flowing between asanas. Emphasis on core, strength, and breath work.

What you can expect: To sweat! Core work, interval-style segments of flow yoga, several chaturangas & vinyasas, a quicker pace. Full body workout with joints moving through all ranges of motion.

What to bring: a yoga mat & yoga towel, clothes you can move comfortably in, and a bottle of water. Complimentary hand towels are available at the front desk and in the studio.

Best for: Intermediate students and those looking for Sacramento-style yoga classes

Walk-ins also welcome!
