About Me

My name is Ray. I am a Yoga Instructor and Health/Wellness writer. My teaching focuses on what we can learn about ourselves through our yoga practice; my writing focuses on the experiences I've had on my own health and wellness journey. 


Whenever I go to a class with Ray, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Throughout her classes, she ensures that you connect each movement with your breath and shows different breathing techniques you can engage, which has helped me to elevate my practice to the next level.

Ray's classes are great. I always break a sweat and challenge myself. But she also shows me different variations I can do with my bad shoulder if one of the poses is uncomfortable.

I was nervous to do yoga for the first time, but Ray was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. She explains every posture thoroughly and gives you different variations based on your skill level. I really enjoy her classes and look forward to keeping with it.
